For your child to travel to Australia they must have the following forms filled in and signed to apply for the visitor visa. Form 48 R - the general visitor visa application form

Form 1229 - Consent to grant a visa to a child under the age of 18 years of age.

Form 1257 - Undertaking form, this is signed by the people who will be taking care of your child while in Australia.

If they are from Fiji they will also need to have the Supplementary form for Citizens of Fiji form filled in.
